2 eggs
2/3 cups milk
32 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 t mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs. Add milk and crackers. Stir in onion and cheese. Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into a loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon 1/2 mixture over meat loaf after 30 minutes of baking. Return loaf to oven for 10 minutes more of baking. Spoon the rest of topping over meat loaf and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes more
