3 Boneless Chicken Breasts

2/3 Cup Unseasoned Bread Crumbs

1/3 Cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tsp salt (to your taste)

- 1 tsp Dried parsley (optional)

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each breast fillet into 6-8 nuggets, about 1 square.

Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and parsley.

Melt the butter.

Dip chicken nuggets into the butter, then coat with the dry mixture.

Place in a single layer on a foiled-line pan.

Bake @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
