1 pound macaroni

1 pound Swiss Cheese

1 large sweet onion

applesauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325º

Cook macaroni as directed in boiling salted water.
Shred cheese.
Slice onion thin and sauté in oil until crispy brown.
Layer macaroni and grated cheese in a large casserole dish and stir. Place onions on top.

Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve with applesauce.
