4-5 c. brussels sprouts, cut in half
1/2 c. walnuts or peacans
2 tbsp. coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2-3/4 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Pan fried – heat the coconut oil and once warm, add the brussels sprouts, nuts and dried cranberries. Cook until tender then add the maple syrup to finish them off.

Oven Roasted – Combine all ingredients and roast in the oven at 350º until tender.
