½ cup of cucumber
½ cup of romaine lettuce
1 frozen banana
1 cup of assorted frozen fruit ****
1 Tbsp of peanut butter
1 Apple core removed
Water or Almond Milk just enough to cover the fruits and vegetables.
Blend and add more liquid if needed.
You can also add a cup of yogurt to make it even smoother.
Do not be afraid to experiment. Add things like hemp seeds, cocoa powder, nut butters, chia seeds, flax seeds, ginger, etc. to make it even healthier
