2 Eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
⅓ cup melted butter
1 cup fresh cranberries
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
½ tablespoon almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease an 8-inch spare pan. Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl until thick. Gradually add sugar, beating until thoroughly blended. Stir in flour and melted butter; blend well. Fold in cranberries until just combined. Spread evenly into pan. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.

Recipe takes 10 minutes to prepare and makes 16 servings.
