Crumb Topping
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup salt
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup canola oil
1 TBSP calamansi or lemon zest
2 TBSP calamansi or lemon juice
1 cup yogurt
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup powdered
3 TBSP fresh squeezed calamansi or lemon juice
1 tsp calamansi or lemon zest
pinch of salt

Crumb Topping
Mix 3/4 cup, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 cup melted butter. Set aside

Muffin mix
In the mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy
Add sugar, oil till creamy
Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to liquid until combined. Do not over
Fill muffin lined containers to 3/4 full.
Sprinkle 1-2 tsp of crumb mixture on top of muffin to be baked
Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes, cool

Combine ingredients for glaze and drizzle over baked muffin
