1 head Romaine lettuce
1 head Red Leaf lettuce
1 bunch of spinach
1 small red onion
1-2 bags of craisin dried cranberry's
1-2 cups candied almonds

1 1/2 cups oil
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup red onion (chopped finely)

Put dressing ingredients (except poppy seeds) in a blender and blend until emulsified. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cut greens into bite-sized pieces. (Can add mozzarella cheese)
**This feeds a lot of people. You can cut greens in half and save the remaining dressing for another day.
