Large bag organic kale from HEB
Olive oil
Dried garlic slices
Sea salt

**best made in 4 batches; takes about an hour

In large silver bowl, place ¼ of the kale, after removing stems and breaking into smaller pieces.

Drizzle with olive oil. Toss in pinches sea salt and palmful of hand-crumbled garlic slices.

Mix together well with hands.

Layer on air fryer basket with cookie sheet underneath.

Air fry at 325º for 8 min.

Dry on parchment paper; keeps in plastic container for 3-4 days on counter.

Toast before eating.
