10 oz. bag frozen broccoli
1⅓ c. uncooked minute rice
1½ c. cooked diced chicken breast
10¾ oz. cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. butter
1 small diced onion
Cheese sauce...
¾ lb. diced processed cheese
½ c. reconstituted powder milk
3 tbsp. butter

Sauté the diced onion in butter in microwave for 1-2 minutes until tender. Add diced processed cheese, milk, butter and soup to onion and microwave until cheese is melted. Stirring frequently until creamy.
Next add the broccoli, minute rice and cooked chicken. Mix well
Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Ster and cook again for 6 minutes.
Lt set for 30 minutes before serving.
