-8 chicken thighs
-1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-3 cloves minced garlic
-Approximately 3c plum tomatoes diced
-1/3c dry white wine
-1/3c Kalamata olives
-1/4c thinly sliced basil
-Feta

Directions:
Directions:
-Add everything except the olives and feta to the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
-Shred chicken.
-Serve over white rice and top with olives and feta.
