2 c. whole milk or half and half
1 can Cream of Coconut
2 large or 3 small instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. coconut (use 1/4 c. for top)
8 oz. tub Cool Whip (half for pie and half for top)
10 in. graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together filling ingredients and pour into graham cracker crust. Spread the remaining 4 oz. of cool whip on top of filling. Toast the 1/4 c. coconut in the oven at 350 for about 10 min., watch carefully so doesn't burn. Cool and sprinkle on cool whip
