Ingredients:  
2 Cups cooked chicken (3 boneless skinless breasts)
2 Cups sliced celery
¾ Cup Mayonnaise (real; not fat free)
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon minced onion
½ Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup crushed corn flakes
½ Cup butter
½ Cup blanched, toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix salad ingredients all together. Put in a 9x9 dish or 8 in round pan.

2. Add ½ Cup cheddar cheese to top of salad.

3. Mix together corn flakes and almonds. Melt butter and pour into corn flakes mixture.

4. Bake in 350º over covered for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake a remaining 5 minutes.

Serve with hot rolls and light green salad
