1 ½ C all-purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 C milk
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until lumps disappear.
Spread batter into pan with a ladle. Depending on your pan, you will want to oil the pan the first few times.

Pancakes will not rise because they are German pancakes which resemble thick crepes. They're similar to the baked Dutch Baby pancakes in texture.

Grandma Quade was my great maternal grandmother. She always made these pancakes when the family was together at my grandparents' cottage and later our girls asked my mom to make them whenever she came to visit.
