1 18-ounce can corn
1 can black beans
1 can black-eyed peas
1 small can diced green chilis

1 yellow pepper, chopped fine
1 red pepper, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
6 Roma tomatoes, chopped fine
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1 bunch cilantro, chopped fine

1 bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse corn, beans, and peas. Combine with chilis in large bowl. Add peppers, green onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. Marinate in Zesty Italian salad dressing for 6 hours or overnight.

To serve: Drain off liquids and serve with tortilla chips.
