1 Pkg. (8 squares) Baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate, divided
½ C butter
⅓ C water
1 Pkg. (4-serving size) jello chocolate flavored instant pudding & pie fillikng
3 C powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave 4 of the chocolate squares, 6 Tab butter and water in large micro safe bowl on high for 2 minutes or until the butter is melted.

Stir.

Add dry pudding mix, stir until well blended.

Add powdered sugar, 1 C at a time, stirring until well blended after each addition.
Press into foil-lined 8" square pan.

Microwave remaining 4 chocolate squares and 2 Tab butter in large micro bowl on high for 1½ minutes or until butter is melted.

Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Spread over pudding mix.

Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm

Cut into 48 1" squares.

Store cutup fudge between sheets of wax paper in a air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
