½ box spaghetti, cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
4-oz. can black olives, sliced
½ container fresh white mushrooms
2 14-oz. cans diced tomatoes
8 oz. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup water
Butter
Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Sautee onion & green pepper in butter. Stir in olives, mushrooms and tomatoes. Simmer 10 min.

Spread spaghetti in bottom of greased casserole dish or 9x12 baking dish. Top with sauce and cheese. Stir ingredients together.

Combine soup and water in a small sauce pan at low heat. Pour over spaghetti and stir to combine.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 350º for 30 min. Or, if you use a casserole dish, you can microwave it for 20 min.
