2 T. fat
lb. ground beef
2 large sliced onions
1 can (2 cups) tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 clove minced garlic
⅛ tsp. pepper
cup chopped green pepper
1 can (2 cups) red kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Place in a saucepan fat, ground beef and onions. Cook stirring constantly until brown. Add tomatoes, salt, chili powder, garlic, pepper, and green pepper. Mix well and bring to a boil cover and cook slowly for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add kidney beans cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
