1 pkg (1 oz) Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (reg or buttermilk)
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup milk (or buttermilk depending on which packet you buy)
1 lime
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
½ cup roughly chopped cilantro
¼ cup green salsa
Hot sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Place milk, mayo, and ranch mix, and the juice of one lime (2 Tbsp) in a blender.
Toss in garlic, cilantro, and green salsa and blend together.
Sample and add hot sauce to taste.
Make dressing several hours ahead of time to allow it to thicken.
