20 lbs beets
9 cups apple cider vinegar
4 cups of water
7 cups of sugar
5 tsp. salt
1 tbsp of pickling spice
1 tsp. mustard seed
Sprinkle of celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil beets until tender, peel and slice thinly and place in sterilized jars. Add vinegar, water , sugar and salt in pot, put spices into cheese cloth and place in brine. Boil brine for about 15 mins remove spice bag and add brine to jars.
Process in canner for 10 mins (No pressure needed)
