3 Cups Shelled, Fresh Peas or 2 Can Peas, drained
1 Can Biscuits
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes or use bacon grease to flavor
1/8 Cup Chopped Onion
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drop peas and onion into boiling water. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons butter and 2 beef bouillon cubes (or bacon grease). Add pepper to taste. Cut each biscuits into quarters or cubes. Drop into boiling peas one piece at a time. Stir frequently as dough cooks. Allow enough water as dough cooks. Dough will absolve some of the water. Cook while stirring another 2 minutes. Do not let dough stick.
