1 can Rotel tomatoes (10 oz can blended)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can French Onion Soup
1½ cup rice
1 bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 stick of butter or margarine (may ½ butter)
1 cup water
1½ cups cooked and cubed chicken (10 oz canned chicken works well/may also use ½ lb shrimp)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and bell pepper well. Add blended Rotel tomatoes, both soups, meat, and stir.
In a 9x13 pan put rice and water, stir. Add soup mixture to rice and stir.
Cut stick of butter into cubes or thick slices and place on top of mixture.
Bake at 350º for ½ hour covered, then remove cover and continue baking for an additional ½ hour.
