2 lbs raw shrimp cleaned and deveined
Olive oil
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
Pinch parsley
1-2 tbsp cajun seasoning (to taste)
3 cups elbow macaroni
2 lbs crab meat/lobster meat
1/4 cup basil
1 cup whole milk
2 -2 2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp paprika
1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs beaten
4 cups sharp cheddar
2 cups mild or medium cheddar
2 cups colby jack
1/2 parmesan cheese
Cajun seasoning and parsley for top to taste
