1 box white or vanilla cake mix + ingredients to make
1 recipe of the coconut cream from the pie recipe made ahead of time
Cream Cheese marshmallow frosting

Directions:
Make and bake cake according to pkg. directions. Cool Completely. To assemble place one of the cake layers on the bottom of the plate top with some of the coconut cream mixture. You probably won't use all of it. Top with the other cake layer and frost the whole cake with icing. Press coconut into top and side of cake.
To make a three-layer cake use 2 cake mixes and freeze the extra cake layer for another use. Divide the coconut cream between the two layers before adding the third top layer and frost the cake.
