4 Eggs, beaten
1 1/4 C Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Can milk, or the equivalent of regular milk
5 or 6 slices bread, broken up
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and milk. Place bread in a shallow pan, pour milk mixture over the top, sprinkle with cinnamon. Place in a pan of water in the oven. Bake at 350º about 1 hour 15 minutes.
