1¼ peeled, deveined large raw shrimp
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp cayanne
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne, ginger and salt).
Toss spice mixture above with shrimp. Place on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Broil until pink.

Serve over rice
