Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 tblsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
2 cups flour
cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
tsp baking powder
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Mix eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add zucchini. Blend dry ingredients in a separate bowl, add zucchini mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into 2 loaf pans that have been greased well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool about 20 minutes then remove from pans.
