2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Onion Diced
4-5 cloves Garlic minced
2 pinches Kosher salt
½ cup Fresh oregano chopped
½ cup Fresh basil chopped
1 quart tomato sauce
1 quart whole tomatoes
¼ cup red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the bottom of a large saucepan with olive oil.
Over medium - high heat, cook onions until transparent not browned.
Add garlic, continue to cook 1-2 minutes longer.
Add kosher salt, tomato sauce and whole tomatoes. Stir.
Add oregano, basil and red wine vinegar.
Simmer 10-15 minutes.
