½ cup butter
¾ cup chopped onion
½ cup grated carrot
1 ½ tsp minced garlic
⅓ cup flour
¾ cup heavy cream
¾ cup milk
4 cups chicken broth
1 ½ cups cooked and shredded chicken
¾ cup spinach
16 oz or 1 container gnocchi

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add onions, carrots, garlic and saute.
Add flour, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add cream, milk and broth.
Cook,stirring until mixture thickens and boils.
Reduce heat and add chicken, spinach, gnocchi and seasoning as desired.
Cook 8-10 minutes until tender.
