2 lb. hamburger
1/2 chopped sweet onion
2 pieces bread
2 eggs
healthy squirt ketchup
dollop of salsa
Tbl. Montreal steak seasoning
tsp. granulated garlic
shake or two of worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Put hamburger in bowl
Tear bread into small pieces add to hamburger
Add all other ingredients and mix well, (I use my hands)

Shape into a loaf and place into baking dish

Bake for 1 hour

This was the first thing my mom taught me to make. I have added the spices and actually look in the fridge and use what I have you can't really go wrong.
