2 boxes cake mix - any kind
3 eggs
3/4 cup Canola oil

Canned pre-made frosting that compliments cake mix is an optional topping

Newspaper or paper towels

Preheat oven to 350º

Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. It will take on a dough-like texture.

Roll dough into balls 1 1/2" - 2" in diameter

Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly with spatula before baking.

Bake in oven for 12 minutes - keep an eye on them.

Cool slightly and then transfer to newspaper or paper towels to let them cool completely. The paper will draw the oil out of the cookies.

If you frost them, frost and let sit on the paper for at least an hour before stacking them - the frosting will firm up.
