1½lbs halved cherry tomatoes
3 minced garlic
½c olive oil
2tbs red vinegar
Salt and pepper
¼c chopped basil
12oz spaghetti
¼c grated Parmesan chees
12oz burrata cheese room temp

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, ½tsp salt and ¼tsp pepper. Let stand and stir occasionally for an hour.

Make spaghetti according to box and when done drain and while piping hot add the tomato mature. Then stir in the basil and parm cheese.

Add a scoop of burrata to each plate and drizzle with olive oil.
