1 cup evaporated milk
32 large marshmallows finely cut - or 4 cups miniatures
6 T. orange juice or alcoholic flavoring
8 cups fine graham wafer crumbs
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground cloves
2 cups seedless raisins
1 cup finely chopped dates
1½ cup broken walnuts
1½ cup mixed candied fruit

Directions:

Put into a 3 quart bowl evaporated milk, marshmallows and orange juice.

Into another large bowl add the graham wafer crumbs, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, raisins, dates, walnuts and candied fruit.

Mix the milk mixture and crumb mixture together until crumbs are moist. More milk maybe added if mixture is to crumbly.

Shape into cookies, cupcakes or angel food tin. Cover tightly. Chill 2 days before serving.
