cheater style: follow pancake mix directions but add the three eggs and milk to make a thinner batter. Can also be used for crepe (French) or Blini (Russian) batter. For Blini, add 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar and serve with honey, currant jam or smetana (sour cream) for an authentic Russian taste.
