2 c. peanut butter (540 g)
1 c. butter (452 g)
3 ⅓ c. powdered sugar (375 g)
12 oz. chocolate chips (340 g)
1-1½ t. coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter and butter well. Add powdered sugar and set aside in refrigerator while chocolate is prepared.

Melt chocolate chips and no more than 1 ½ t. coconut oil in a double boiler.

Roll peanut butter mixture into 1-in balls. Easiest way is to use rubber gloves and place on parchment lined cookie sheets. Dip balls using dipping forks or toothpicks. Cool until chocolate sets.
