6 quarts sliced cucumbers
1 quart sliced onions
4 green peppers
4 red peppers
½ cup salt
4 quarts water
6 cups vinegar
6 cups sugar
1 T. turmeric
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
½ tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Let onions, cukes and peppers stand in salt water for 3 hours. Drain. Bring vinegar, spices, sugar to boiling point, then pour over vegetables and allow to come to a boil.

Pour into jars and seal.
