1 pkg. approx 1 lb. ground beef, pork, chicken, or turkey meat (uncooked)
1 C. finely chopped cabbage
1 can finely chopped water chestnuts
3-4 chopped green onions
optional grated ginger

2T soy sauce
1t. salt
t pepper
1t. Maggie sauce
1 t. sesame oil

(Depending on your taste, add more or less for flavor)

1 pkg. 12-round wraps.

Combine meat, cabbage, water chestnuts, soy sauce, salt, pepper, maggie sauce, sesame seed oil in a bowl, mix well.

Use one 1 tsp. filling for each dumpling. I usually make a few, cook and taste, adjust for flavor.

Fold as directed on package,
Heat 2 T oil in wide non-stick skillet over med heat. Put about third of the pot stickers in pan, cook until golden brown. Add cup water, cover and simmer until tender about 10 minutes. Uncover and cook until all liquid is absorbed.

Remove onto serving platter.

Soy sauce
chili oil for dipping
