35 lbs. Purged Crawfish
10-12 lbs. fresh shrimp, headed
12 small ears corn
3 8-oz. containers fresh mushrooms
1 pod of garlic, peeled
5 onions
3 lbs. garlic sausage (or any kind)
4 lemons
3-5 lbs. baby red potatoes
Crab/Shrimp Boil (Cajun Crab Boil #2)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water with Crab/Shrimp Seasoning. Add Veggies and Sausage and boil 15 minutes (until potatoes are tender). Add shrimp and boil an additional 2 minutes. Turn off fire and allow to set for 2-3 minutes (longer for spicy).
Take out veggies/sausage/shrimp and place in styrofoam cooler to keep warm
Bring water to boil and add more seasoning. Add crawfish and boil 4 minutes. Turn off fire and allow to set for 10-15 minutes (longer for spicy). Serve with Shrimp Sauce Dip (see recipe in "sauces").
