1 9” Unbaked Pie Shell
1 Cup Sugar
2 to 4 T Butter
1 Cup Dark Corn Syrup
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 to 1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 to 2 Cup Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, stir in corn syrup, eggs, salt & vanilla. Stir in nuts or place in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Bake 15 minutes in 400 degree then lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake for additional 30 to 35 minutes. May be baked at 375 to 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until crust is brown and filling puffs up.
