2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking salt
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots

Icing
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 pound box powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift or mix dry ingredients
Combine oil and eggs, add to dry ingredients mix well, add carrots mix well

Use two 10- inch round cake pans or 1 9 x 13 pan to bake

cake is very moist, cool before icing

Icing
Beat with mixer cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, stir in nuts
