3 tblsp butter
3 tblsp flour
3 cups milk

3 tblsp butter
½ cup bread crumbs
12 oz egg noodles
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup Swiss cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, heat for 1 minute. Add milk, stirring until almost boiling. Stir constantly, because it burns easily. Set aside.

Coat 3 qt baking dish with 1 tblsp butter, then bread crumbs. Cook noodles as directed, then toss with 2 tblsp butter in medium bowl. Add all cheeses and toss until coated. Layer ½ noodles in baking dish, and cover with ½ white sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle top with ½ cup bread crumbs and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
