1 pie crust
3 med tomatoes, sliced thick
tsp. salt
sprinkle of pepper
tsp. basil
c. chives
c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Bake pie crust for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 400. Place the sliced tomatoes at the bottom of the pie crust in one layer. Sprinkle basil, salt and pepper over the tomatoes. Mix mayonnaise and cheddar cheese and spread over the top of the seasoned tomatoes. Spread to cover, to the edge of pie crust. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Sprinkle the top with chives.
