5 Roma tomatoes (whole)
5 Tomatillos (whole)
1 Spanish Onion (quartered)
3 Cloves of Garlic
2-3 Serrano Chiles (to taste)
Cilantro (to taste)
Garlic salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown the tomatoes, tomatillos, onion and garlic in a
pan on the stove until browned in spots.

2. Then throw in a blender or salsa chopper with remaining
ingredients.

Chill before serving.
