2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts are best)
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, sugar, eggs, flavoring and blend with mixer. Add apples, nuts, flour, soda and salt. Batter will be stiff. Pour into greased tube pan (only grease bottom & flour lightly) Bake 350º for 1 hour.
