1- 15 oz can pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
3 1/3 cup flour
3 cups white sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour 3 - 7x3" loaf pans.
Mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended.
In separate bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended and pour into pans.
Bake for about 50 minutes - loaves are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
