20-24 large pasta shells
1/2 cup spinach, if desired
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp basil
pinch of nutmeg
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 15 oz container of ricotta cheese
1 egg
mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:

Cook shells as directed. Drain and set aside. Combine ricotta, egg, 1/4 cup parmesan, bread crumbs, basil, nutmeg and spinach. In a 13x9 pan, pour in just enough pasta sauce to cover the bottom. Stuff the shells and arrange in pan. Cover with remaining sauce and parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
