1 pkg. yeast
1 ½ cup warm water
⅓ cup white sugar
⅓ cup powdered milk
⅓ cup oil
1tsp. salt
1 egg


Frosting:
3 cups powdered sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup of butter
2 T milk
8oz cream cheese softened

Directions:
Directions:
When mixture bubbles, add 5-6 cups of flour to make a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands. Let this rise for 10 minutes. Knead until smooth and glossy, about 5 to 10 minutes. Then roll dough out, paint softened butter on rolled out dough. ½ cup of brown sugar, sprinkle cinnamon over brown sugar, a couple shakes of nutmeg. Roll up dough- cut into cinnamon rolls.
Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
