Sift 4.5c flour and 2tsp baking soda together.

Cream together 2c butter, 1½c brown sugar and ½c white sugar.
Beat in 2 packs vanilla pudding mix.
Stir in 4eggs and 2 tsp vanilla.
Blend in the flour mixture and then the chocolate chips.

Bake 350º
