1 lb. of fresh broccoli florets
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves of garlic pressed
Kosher salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 450

Toss the broccoli florets with the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper

Spread out on baking sheet

Roast for 20 minutes
