Cheese Burger Egg Rolls Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion diced
1 c. pickles finely chopped
salt & pepper
1 pkg eggroll wrappers
2 cloves garlic
1 c. shredded cheese

more oil needed if not using air fryer

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat
Add ground beef and cook until browned
Add onion and pickles and cheese. cook until onions are translucent
Mix everything together in pan, add salt and pepper to taste and set aside.

Fill a bowl with some water. Get a work station set up with bowl of water, cheeseburger mixture, and egg roll wrappers.
Take egg roll wrapper and place burger mix onto the wrapper.
Fold up the egg roll.
Dip fingers in the water and use to seal up the egg roll.
Continue doing this until all of the cheeseburger mix is used.

Air fry the egg rolls at 400 for 10 minutes, or in hot oil until egg rolls are evenly browned.

Cut in half using a diagonal cut and place on a platter for everyone to enjoy!
